Job Description : HR DIRECTOR DUBAI prominent player in the apparel industry, renowned for its innovative designs, quality products, and commitment to sustainability. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead our client’s HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving organizational growth through effective human capital management. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that support the company’s strategic objectives. · Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development. · Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. · Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and enhance employee engagement and retention. · Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. · Manage the HR budget and ensure the efficient allocation of resources. · Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with business goals. · Implement best practices in HR management and stay updated on industry trends and innovations. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred. · Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. · Experience in the apparel or retail industry is highly desirable. · Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE. · Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. · Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across various functions and with senior management. · Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
