15 yearsJob Description : OFFICE MANAGER DUBAI Some of the key responsibilities will include: HR Management: Handle employee documentation, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance and smooth processes. Office Administration: Lead the Administration team in managing events, travel, insurance, office facilities, and IT services. Finance & Compliance: Monitor office expenses, support finance processes, and manage compliance activities, including liaison with global teams. To be eligible for this role you will require: 15+ years of experience in HR, Administration, or Office Management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong knowledge of international immigration laws, tax regulations, and employment Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with global mobility and compliance is a plus.
