Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : Group CFO - Tech – London UK Open to International candidates a listed tech business based in London for Group CFO. Reporting to the Group CEO and sitting on the exec. board, this is a fantastic role within a well funded, highly acquisitive & fast growth global business. You will be responsible for all areas of finance including but not limited to finance transformation (ToM, processes & systems), corporate & commercial finance, M&A, risk & audit, integration of new acquisitions & ensuring reporting processes & controls are standardised across the group. The successful candidate will need to be adept at leading & developing a best in class finance function as the business continues to scale & achieve it's strategic ambitions. You will also need to have a proven track record at board level, with listed, international & transaction experience highly desirable. Interviews commencing mid September.
