Job Description : Commercial Sales Head (Milling and Pasta) Location: Lagos, Nigeria We are looking for an experienced and strategic Commercial Sales Head to lead our sales team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales leadership and business development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the commercial sector. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. - Identify new business opportunities and market trends. - Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. - Mentor and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the commercial sector. - Strong understanding of the Lagos market and business landscape. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to drive results and manage a high-performing sales team. - Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
