General Manager Production

Job Description : GM PRODUCTION AUTO INJECTION MOULDING BAVARIA GERMANY ( OPEN TO EXATS) This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the entire production process, ensuring product quality, quantity, and time requirements are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and implementing production activities according to the strategic orientation of the company. * Monitor revenue and expenses in accordance with financial regulations * Set up monthly, quarterly, and yearly production plans * Implement, direct, and manage production activities according to approved plans * Promote the development of work plans for each department * Focus on yearly cost reduction targets * Ensure safety and proper operation of fire prevention systems, machinery, and factory tools * Allocate KPIs for all staff and monitor performance against targets * Plan and coordinate administrative procedures for efficient operations * Bachelor’s degree or higher education completed * Experience in a similar position is preferred * Analytical mind with problem-solving skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Strong management and leadership skills * Professional communication and presentation skills in German and English * Ability to work self-directed under pressure
