Job Description : Head of Purchase & Supply Chain for Kenya Nairobi For a renowned Hospital in Kenya Nairobi we require Head of Purchase & supply chain. Tax free salary + fully furnished accomodation etc Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, Economics or any other related field from a recognized institution. · Full professional qualification in Purchasing and Supplies Management. Management with a valid practicing license. 15 years + Experience in Procurement strategy-Procurement Process & Procedures-Stakeholder management-Procurement negotiations-Benchmarking & Negotiations, Governance & Management system, Budgeting , Tenders Policy Formulation, Lead, develop and motivate the procurement & supply chain team including upskilling, training on the best practices, keeping with current trends in procurement and leave and absence management in order to achieve desired goals and optimal outcome · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management in a large commercial organization, with 2 years at management level.
