Job Description : THERMOPLASTIC QUALITY MANAGER SPAIN Role is open to Spanish speaking candidates worldwide Quality Manager for a leading company in the plastics industry. This position is crucial to maintain and improve Quality and Environmental Management Systems (IMS) to meet established standards. The Quality Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating quality and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and promoting the integration and standardization of processes. Main Responsibilities: Policy and Process Management: Direct and coordinate quality and environmental policies. Manage quality and environment under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 regulations. Promote the integration of management processes (5S, TPM). Quality Assurance: Ensure traceability and compliance with quality standards. Analyze information and statistics on quality and the environment. Follow up on non-conformities and perform audits. Support and Communication: Collect and manage staff suggestions. Support all areas in quality and environmental processes. Facilitate the transmission of knowledge and communication between departments. Academic qualifications: Technical engineer, preferably chemical. Languages: Spanish, English at an advanced level. Knowledge of French is valued. Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in management and quality control.
