Job Description : TECHNICAL DIRECTOR LYON FRANCE Role is open to all Frensh speaking candidates Reporting to the CEO, the technical director for oil & gas chemical processes M/F works to deploy the various stages of the company's operational development (technical management, industrial plan, project management, etc.). In this capacity, the technical director of oil & gas chemical processes M/F: Work on the technological development of society (process industry) Coordinates industrialization with the R&D team Acts as a “turnkey” project manager Offers optimizations on both industrial and technical levels Recruits the industrial and technical team and ensures its daily management Provides regular reporting to the CEO to track and monitor progress Conducts technological monitoring and establishes the company's technological strategy Provides technical support to the sales team in their relations with customers Identifies and selects competent suppliers to support the company in its development of industrial tools Ensures the commissioning of machines and the continuous improvement of their design and production Defines a clear and effective industrial policy With an engineering background (or equivalent) in process engineering or other related specializations, you have at least 10 years of successful experience in technology development, turnkey project implementation, and industrial tool operation. You have extensive experience in the process industry and have a curiosity that allows you to be up to date with the latest technological advances in the field. You have already managed growth phases, moving from an industrial pilot to large-scale production. English is necessary to communicate with external contacts. You are dynamic, structured, and have a strong appetite for the field. Responsive and able to keep your cool in times of crisis, you will be flexible enough to evolve in a start-up environment.
