Assistant General Manager

Job Description : AGM TRADE FINANCE MUMBAI Job Role :- Assistant General Manager - Trade Finance (Working Capital & Export Finance) Job Location :- Mumbai Key Responsibility :- · Managing Banking Relationship – Liaise and co-ordinate with bankers for utilization of working capital and other facilities and documentation for borrowing facilities. · Monitor team performance and report SLAs and KPIs in the area of operations · Actively engage with team leads & key managers to ensure customer satisfaction & address their pain points · Represent the process in company and governance meetings and with business verticals. · Develop and maintain customer relationships with vertical CFOs and key Managers. · Manage escalated issues and provide final approval within team · Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all items processed in the system · Ensure effective people management and development, including: staffing & selection, integration of new staff to teams, facilitating technical/ functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback and managing people issues · Carry out periodical performance reviews of team members and address non performance issues · Ensure adherence to all statutory and legal requirements and keep updated with latest developments.
