Job Description : Head of exports ( Africa ) for a brand based in Gurgaon. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in managing FMCG exports in the African market. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the company's export operations and sales across Africa, establishing and managing relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the African region for the company’s bakery products. - Develop and execute strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and strengthen brand presence in the African market. - Implement export sales strategies to meet revenue targets and achieve market penetration. - Preference will be given to candidates from the FMCG industry who possess a strong understanding of the African market dynamics.
