Contracts Manager

Job Description : Contract Manager (VRV Installation & HVAC)- Lusaka, Zambia A successful engineering company is seeking to employ a Contract Manager with extensive VRV System installation & HVAC design experience to be based in Lusaka. The successful candidate should have working experience in sub- Saharan African countries. Applicants must meet the following requirements: Must be a holder of relevant tertiary qualifications/ Degree or Diploma in Engineering. Must have 10+ years’ experience with at least 5 years in Managerial position Must be well versed in VRV systems installation and designs. Must have experience in Refrigeration and Cold Room designing and installation Must have exposure to major projects in HVAC and air-conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation Must have vast knowledge of complex chiller systems and designs Must be able to handle tenders and quotations for large projects. Must have working experience in sub- saharan African countries
