Job Description : PLASTIC PLANT DIRECTOR MEXICO 20-25 years experience Open to Spanish speaking candidates worldwide Industrial Engineer or similar - Graduate Advanced English - Business Experience in operations at T1 level / Interior and/or exterior plastic injection appearance parts. Experience in: Plant management with at least 600 workers, plant with complete structure such as; Engineering, Projects, Quality, Production and Maintenance, Logistics and Materials, Human Resources and Finance. Budget control as directly responsible for budgets. Experience in the following manufacturing technologies: Injection of engineering plastics Injection machines up to 1850 Ton Painting Assembly lines Knowledge in: Logistics Systems. SAP, Jit. Kan-Ban, Sequencing, FIFO, inventory control. Quality systems and tools. Launching new projects and involvement in the development of new projects. Production planning and control. OEE, SMED, preventive maintenance planning of machines and tools, production planning.
