As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies, implement innovative recruitment practices and technologies, track KPIs and use data for decision-making, and stay informed of industry trends and best practices. Must Have: 18+ years of global talent acquisition experience, bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are essential, A proven track record of successful talent acquisition strategies is required, alongside excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
