Job Description : GM OPERATIONS SENEGAL FOR FMCG Must be a French speaker Responsibilities and Duties: o General Management of Multiple Departments with a focus on Factory Production. o Create a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving to drive performance and productivity improvement. o Analyze data, develop metrics and strategies to improve profitability, accountability, and revenue. o Research and resolve reported errors and initiate efforts to prevent reoccurrence by addressing root cause. o Provide department productivity, process, and efficiency reporting. o Establish prevailing performance standards that set high expectations for quality and performance. o Responsible for training and mentoring managers and employees. o Provide inspired leadership for the organization. o Oversee the creation and management of budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing for areas of direct responsibility. o Focused drive to the vision statement “Exceed Expectation” Work Ethics: o Maintain a professional courteous manner o Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Guidebook. o Work and perform in safe manor, Abide by Safety rules. o Wear proper PPE when needed. Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, guidelines. o Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner. Minimum Qualifications: o 15 plus years of experience in Manufacturing Leadership, processes, optimization, and Continuous Improvement. o A strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset. o Leadership and mentoring skills.
