Job Description : GROUP CFO INDIA 30+ years experience The Group, headquartered in Gurgaon, is a diversified business conglomerate specializing in automotive components manufacturing. - Current Sales from 2 verticals: 500crores - Other 2 verticals in startup stage & goining into commercial production. - Group is supplier to all leading OEMs including Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra, Fiat, MG Motors, Toyota, Renault, Tata Motors, Mitsubishi, etc. - The group's success is not only defined by its products and services but by the strength of its work- culture, impeccable ethics and integrity, alongside well-defined and articulated values Communication, Environment, Entrepreneurship, Knowledge, Integrity and Teamwork - The Group has embarked upon a transformative approach towards future growth and has put in place plans to grow exponentially- nearly 5 times in next 5 years. - Target Revenues : 2500 crores in 5 years - The group has positive work-culture and emphasizes rewards based on performance and commitment. - Your candidature is being considered for Group CFO. The position reports to Group MD. The KRAs include: - Strategic Business planning - Corporate Finance and Fund raising - Financial & Management Reporting, - Risk Management, Budget Formulation & Controls, - Corporate Governance, Statutory & Internal Audits - Balance Sheets; Profit & Loss Accounts, Asset Management - Direct/Indirect Taxation - Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Management, - Treasury & Banking Operations, - Transaction Advisories (JVs, New projects including Feasibility & Evaluation) - MIS and analytics - All Compliances etc. - The incumbent needs to be a change-agent having 21st century CFO tool-kit with passion for organization transformation thru embracing disruption, practicing agility, employing analytics and facilitating transformed work teams. - It's imperative that the incumbent leads integration of all business processes with company's strategic architecture. The incumbent needs to shoulder additional responsibilities of steering emerging growth opportunities. - This position forms part of strategic think-tank & requires tremendous maturity, impeccable analytics & deft people management skills.
