Job Description : PLASTIC RECYCLING HEAD NIGERIA 18+ years experience Manage and oversee the Recycling process ensuring quality standards are met and production targets are achieved. 2. Manage and Optimize the Palletiser process PP & HDPE. 3. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. 4. Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify area and implement the corrective actions as needed. 5. Develop and implement the Maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. 6. Develop and manage the production & maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost control. 7. Collaborate with other departments, such as Injection Moulding, RM procurement to ensure smooth production operations. 8. Manage and oversee the reports on production performance and efficiency. 9. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
