Job Description : SALES HEAD FLEXI PACKAGING NIGERIA 15+ years experience Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. Evaluate industry data, customer feedback, and market conditions to make informed decisions and strategies. Create and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones. Establish sales targets and objectives aligned with company growth goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Assess client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs effectively. Identify and pursue potential leads and convert them into customers. Engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in flexible packaging. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong understanding of flexible packaging, film, team management, marketing principles Proven track record of success in key account management, channel management, project management. Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize channel management. Department: Sales & Business Development Candidates with experience managing pharmaceutical packaging sales in Nigeria or have handled important clientele in Africa are preferred.
