Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Description : WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER DUBAI Reporting to the Logistics Director. The Operations Manager primarily will implement the right processes and practices across the company warehouses. Ensure the operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost effective way. Improve and implement warehouse operational management systems, process and best practices. Perform inventory control processes, apply new procedures and oversee warehouse efficiency. Take part of the daily operational tasks alongside the warehouse team for order preparation and delivery. Identify, report and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are matching. Perform quality control and monitor production KPI’s. Define and Implement Warehouse Management Systems. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, adhering and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Bachelors Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field with proven 5 years work experience as Warehouse Operational Manager or similar role in a Retail or FMCG company. The person needs to have a vision how to optimize the procedures and process. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations process management. Self-motivated, goal-oriented and organized team player. Excellent computer skills and knowledge in WMS / ERP’s. Knowledge of E-commerce Warehousing practices would be added advantage.
