Job Description : GM TRANSPORT TANZANIA Based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. • Minimum of 18 years of experience in a senior management role within the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry. • Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex logistics operations. • Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management. • Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Knowledge of the Tanzanian market, regulations, and business environment is an advantage. • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
