Job Description : International Route to Market Director a 2BN organization that manufactures some of the world's leading health and personal care products. They are urgently seeking an experienced International Route to Market Director. The role is based out of Dubai, offering a tax-free salary and fully expense accommodation in each country you visit. Partner with local and global project and sales teams to map out long-term goals ensuring alignment of sales and operations strategies. Recommend and adjust operational strategies based on market learnings to refine best practices to suit local market needs. Identify and address areas of non-performance and potential project gaps, prioritizing actions to prevent delays. Initiate, review, and manage sales and operational strategies to align with global best practices and maintain efficiency in various local markets. Follow up on previously executed projects to ensure local teams are settled and comfortable with new operational and sales practices. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, logistics, or a related field (Post Graduate Degree preferred). 20 years of relevant experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, and Operations in FMCG Industries. Willingness to travel globally and spend extended periods in project markets. Experience living and working in multiple markets (both developed and emerging). Deep knowledge of Sales, Distribution, and Logistics (impulse sales experience preferred). Detail-oriented with high-level analytical skills. Prior experience in business development and transformation projects. Comprehensive understanding of cross-functional business links and a 360-degree value chain mindset.
