Job Description : CHRO DUBAI a leading company in the metal and mining sector, based in Dubai. The CHRO will play a critical role on the executive team, leading the human resources function to drive organizational growth, employee engagement, and a culture of high performance. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence. Talent Management: Oversee all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and succession planning, to build a diverse and robust talent pipeline. Employee Engagement and Culture: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote a positive workplace culture, and support employee well-being. Organizational Development: Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to optimize workforce efficiency and support business transformation. Performance Management: Implement effective performance management systems to align employee objectives with organizational goals, promoting accountability and recognizing top talent. Compensation and Benefits: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and international standards while managing HR-related risks. Leadership Development: Champion leadership development initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders and support ongoing professional growth. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Lead DEI initiatives to foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace that reflects the company’s values. HR Technology and Analytics: Leverage HR technology and data analytics to drive strategic decision-making, improve HR processes, and provide insights into workforce trends. A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the metal, mining, or heavy industries. Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that deliver business results. Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and international HR compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
