Job Description : Business Head | Profit Centre Head F&B Industry Dubai, UAE As a Profit Centre head/ Business Head, you will be tasked with the vital role of maximising profitability of our business unit, driving revenue growth and managing operating expenses diligently. Your role will encompass market assessment, business development, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and team leadership. You will be expected to: • Develop strategies for company profitability • Lead and manage operations in your business unit • Analyse market trends and competitors' activities • Forge strong business relationships with key clients • Monitor financial performance regularly • Coach and mentor your team members • Ensure compliance to company policies and legal regulations The ideal candidate will possess: • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field • Proven experience as a Profit Centre Manager or similar role • Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial performance metrics • Proficiency in using financial softwares • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities • Superior communication and presentation skills
