Job Description : Senior HR Manager - Travel Retail based in Bahrain: Company who are setting up for massive growth need a hands on structured Female HR leader who can scale up and restructure the professional HR business units. With a team of 12, this role will define the HR strategy, people performance, C&B, manage and build salary benchmarks and remunerations, training and development. A full 360 generalist who wants to make an impact. Salary AED 40,000 ++ This is open to overseas candidates who have change management HR exposure.
