Job Description : GM MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE KENYA FOR CEMENT PLANT 15-20 years experience Manage plant maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and project management. Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance operations to ensure smooth plant operation. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in plant operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Job Requirements : Diploma or BE degree from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of ceramics, electricals, engineering principles, mechanics, project planning, projections, and preventative/predictive maintenance techniques.
