Job Description : Plant Head (1) / Production Head (1) - Plastic Moulding - Becharjee (Gujarat) Leading Group in Auto Components (Plastic) Manufacturing Key Responsibilities:- - Responsible for overall Plant/ production management of Plastic components manufacturing and supplying to customers. - Meet the customers' requirements with required quantity with quality with intime deliveries. - Lead the plant and operation to ensure effective utilization of plant personnel and equipment. - Investigate and implement innovative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product quality - Apply lean manufacturing principles in designing, specifying, and validating world-class manufacturing processes that achieve organizational goals - Maintenance of all Machines & Mould maintenance. - Responsible for performance of production as per daily production plan. - Initiate corrective & preventive action to prevent non-conformance related to product & process.. Candidate - BE Mechanical/ polymer / CEPET with 25 years of experience mainly into Plastic Moulding components manufacturing.
