Job Description : PLANT MECHANICAL HEAD MOZAMBIQUE FOR CEMENT Overall responsibility to head all mechanical maintenance activities for the upkeep of plant equipments In line with the business strategy, conceptualize and share inputs for maintenance and CAPEX requirements to the management Responsible for ensuring departmental cost within budgeted numbers, and strategize avenues for cost saving opportunities Lead maintenance planning and execution in line with established organizational policy and procedures, and look for continuous improvement Lead the team to prepare and follow checklists to check for equipment health on regular intervals Lead RCA to find out anomalies or causes for breakdown of plant machinery Coordinate with other functional heads to ensure smooth plant operations Ensure adherence to quality and engineering standards in the execution, including conforming to desired safety and environmental norms at work sites Work closely with stores and procurement team to ensure timely availability of required spares, equipment’s and materials s and conditions Take active part in managing the process of disposal of obsolete machinery and equipment as per applicable environment, safety and quality related regulations Continuously review and monitor performance of team members, and conduct capability building sessions for team members and departmental contractual workforce Mechanical Engineers with 15+ Years of experience, having experience of working in Integrated Cement Plants, and currently handling similar leadership role may apply
