Job Description : CFO MUMBAI INDIA a fast-growing, listed, multi-locational manufacturing organization headquartered in Western Suburbs of Mumbai. 2. The current turnover is - 400 crores, and the organization is on an ambitious growth path and expects to double its turnover in the next 2-3 years. Job Purpose: 1. This leadership role is crucial for driving strategic and tactical matters related to the company's growth plans, policies and processes, statutory and regulatory compliances, acquisitions, and joint ventures. 2. Overall responsibility for managing/overseeing Finance, Accounts, Business plan/MIS, Direct and Indirect taxation, Customer Credit, Statutory, Regulatory Compliance, Secretarial, Legal Purchase & IT, participation in fund-raising Mergers and Acquisitions /Joint venture activities, and preparation of Board deck. 3. Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision. Candidate Profile: 1. CAs aged 48-55 with 27+ years' experience in listed manufacturing organizations with a turnover of - 200 - 800 crores. 2. Strong Leadership skills; must be currently CFO of a - 200 - 500 crores organization or an SBU to No.2 of a - 500 - 800 crores. 3. Excellent business orientation with a proven track record. 4. Great business partnering in value creation and business transformation. 5. Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence leadership and manage well across the organization. 6. Proven ability to work closely with promoters, Banks, and FIs. The position is expected to be closed in the next four weeks.
