Job Description : Head of Engineering Industry: Automobile Job Location: Dubai Job Description: Responsibilities: · Set the strategic direction for the engineering department and ensure that it aligns with the company's overall goals. · Manage the engineering budget and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. · Oversee the engineering process from conception to deployment. · Ensure that engineering projects meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. · Represent the engineering department to senior management and external stakeholders. · Proficient in 3D CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA. Qualifications: · Master's degree in engineering or a related field. · 15+ to 18+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles in the automotive industry. · Strong technical skills in a variety of engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineering. · Proven ability to manage and motivate engineering teams.
