Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI Industry: Oil & Gas Responsibilities: Compile monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance reports promptly. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting; prepare regulatory reports and manage quarterly VAT submissions. Design budget models for departments and the company; analyze financial information to ensure operations stay within budget. Submit budget reports for management approval; provide financial advice for planning and decision-making. Analyze financial data, create models to support decisions, and compare actual results to budgets and forecasts. Assist in projecting financial needs, managing resources, and updating a five-year business plan. Evaluate M&A opportunities for risk and return; develop financial strategies and risk minimization plans. Assist CFO with loan financing arrangements, liaise with auditors, research technical accounting issues, and prepare finance documents for meetings.
