Senior FP & A Manager

Job Description : SENIOR FP&A MANAGER DUBAI global giant within the technology space to recruit a Senior Manager FP&A in Dubai to cover the MEA region. This position will report directly to the Head of Finance and will manage a team of 2 Financial Analysts. Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the MEA region, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with regional finance teams to consolidate and analyze financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business performance. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation across the MEA region. Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial insights and guidance, supporting key initiatives and investment decisions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes and tools. Monitor and assess financial performance against targets and benchmarks, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and industry dynamics impacting the MEA region, incorporating relevant insights into financial analyses and forecasts. Provide leadership and mentorship to the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred. Extensive experience (12+ years) in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on the MEA region and multinational organizations. Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Proven track record of driving business performance through strategic financial analysis and decision support. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels of the organization. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of regional market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances across the MEA region. Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP and other FP&A tools.
