Senior Operations Manager

Job Description : SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER SINGAPORE Well established firm with over 4 billion revenue is recruiting for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to drive day to day operations for their Singapore site. Job Description · Manage a relatively large team comprising of managers/supervisors, executives and workers · Responsible for profitability, achieving/exceeding productivity and efficiency targets and ensuring that the quality standards are being met. · Familiar with the contractual obligations and deliver high quality of service operations accordingly · Identify areas of improvement within the staff and allocate/arrange for staff training as & when appropriate · Numbers savvy and able to manage resources within the set budget and turnaround time · Work with internal and external teams to ensure the operations meet the audit and ISO requirements. The Successful Applicant · Bachelor Degree with at least 15 years of working experience · Experience managing a few hundred workforce in the manufacturing sector, service operations role, security, logistics sector or in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) will be a plus. · Track record of driving operations excellence
