Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD KSA Reporting into the Regional CFO, this role will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and reporting. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong analytical mind, excellent management skills, and a deep understanding of financial principles and regulations. Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives Create accurate financial forecasts and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making Monitor budget performance and recommend adjustments as necessary to meet financial goals Lead the FP&A function, including the development of financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure financial plans are integrated with operational plans Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure the company’s financial stability and liquidity Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency Lead the finance team, providing mentorship, training, and development opportunities Partner with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans Evaluate potential investment opportunities and provide financial due diligence and analysis Participate in strategic projects and initiatives, offering financial insights and leadership Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards Develop and maintain a robust internal control environment to mitigate financial risks Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CMA certification preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial reporting Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Exceptional leadership and team management abilities Proficient in financial software and ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
