Job Description : Operations Head AGM/ DGM SAMUT PRAKASN THAILAND Looking for expats Automotive plastic injection molding component manufacturing B.Tech (Mech./Chemical)PGDPP from Institute of repute 18-22 Years Similar Product Manufacturing Industry Operations Head including Moulding, Assembly, Maintenance & Toolroom activities, Minimum 600 headcounts, Should have exposure of Interior Plastics Components with exposure of injection moldings machines of 1000-2500 ton. MSIL/ SMG as customer. Should know World Class manufacturing practices. Responsible for Molding/ Assembly/ Maintenance & toolroom activities. Daily Manufacturing plan & execution, Process Quality, ensure delivery as per plan, improve Manufacturing Cost structure and capacity utilization. Ensure on time delivery of Quality products. Ensure Customer rating of 1000/ 1000 and Zero defects. Ensure reduction in internal PPM. Achieve daily production target and continuous improve plant OEE. Engage & motivate team members to reduce absenteeism & attrition.
