Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD GCC a global technology company to recruit a Head of Finance GCC to be based in Dubai, UAE. This role is critical in guiding financial strategy, providing insightful analysis, and supporting executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance leadership and a proven ability to drive financial performance through strategic planning. Lead FP&A function, delivering comprehensive financial analysis and insights. Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting business performance. Oversee annual budgeting process, align with company objectives and strategic goals. Manage forecasting process, provide accurate and timely updates to senior management. Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to evaluate business performance. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, communicate findings. Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives. Evaluate investment opportunities and financial implications of business decisions. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to stakeholders. Ensure transparent and effective communication of financial performance and plans. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Qualification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting. Strong knowledge of the consumer goods industry and market dynamics. Proven track record of driving financial performance through strategic planning and analysis. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
