Job Description : SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER DUBAI Senior Finance Manager Company: Integrated Plastics Packaging (Flexible Packaging Industry) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance team. The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy, ensuring robust financial management, and driving the companys growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 16 years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally within the manufacturing industries. Develop and execute the financial strategy to support the company’s overall business objectives. Provide strategic recommendations to the senior management on financial performance and growth opportunities. Oversee the preparation and monitoring of budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, providing insights into financial performance and key business drivers. Oversee cash flow management, financial risk assessment, and investment strategies. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions. Develop and enforce financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of finance staff. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to align financial management with operational goals. Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence. Assess and manage financial risks associated with new business ventures and strategic projects. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA/ CIMA) qualification is required. Minimum of 16 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 7 years in a managerial and leadership role. Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is an added advantage. Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial controls, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and execute financial strategies effectively. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
