Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : Chief Operating Officer with a flexible packaging organization, based out of Ahmedabad. The objective of the role is to lead, manage & improve efficiencies of the entire gamut of the business, including manufacturing, quality, process automation, supply chain, costing and minimizing wastage, while working closely with BU heads & promoters to help top line & bottom line growth. Looking to connect with senior techno-commercial folks from rigid / flexible packaging, plastic recycling or allied industries, with 20+ years of experience, including 3-5 years of leadership experience as VP - Operations / COO. Not open to candidates heading single plant operations.
