Job Description : GM INTERNATIONAL SALES FLEXI PACKAGING 1. JOB PURPOSE This position will be responsible for Sales, Marketing & Business Development for Poland for BOPET Films. He / She will be responsiblefor continuous growth in region. 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators 1. Marketing of budgeted volume of the products at competitive prices to meet organizational target of revenue, profitability and growth. Ensure the development and implementation of a marketing strategy Ensure the establishment and maintenance of an appropriate sales and distribution strategy and network to provide high level of service to customers Formulate and getting approved an appropriate pricing policy to meet competitive challenge while ensuring profitability Must ensure that the receivable management is effective and there is an efficient credit policy that increases the efficiency of an organization Monitor Quality Assurance, Logistics and warehouse for ensuring correctness in dispatches for quality and quantity in a cost effective manner. Plan and review efforts for new product development as per the business requirement & market need and Engaging and proposing the development of new marketing propositions Ensure technical support is provided to customers proactively. Monitor customer complaints and take necessary action to avoid recurrence of same in future. 2. Ensure a positive image of the company is presented to the relevant stakeholders through proactive branding and relationship building activities Meet existing customers on a regular basis and take necessary actions at the production/sales stages as per the customer feedback Regularly sense the market for an analysis of competitor products and highlight strengths of own products and services in comparison to competition. Ensure appropriate branding activities are taken up by the marketing teams. Monitor returns on these activities and take appropriate corrective action. 3. Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business unit supported. 4. Accountable for the on-time implementation of export organization and performance objectives. 5. Achievement of strategic objectives defined for the product. 6. Customer Relationship Management Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement. To work closely with the Operations Team to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services. Establish and monitor performance reporting systems Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the firm. Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization's compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel. To regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts To manage the Market Excellence/Intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns. 3. INTERACTIONS Internal Interaction -Interaction with all related department heads, inter departmental coordination, Business Heads office External Interactions Interaction with customers & their production team, External Bodies, Vendors 4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications, Relevant Experience & Relevant Industry Experience BE (Preferred) & MBA (Marketing) from a reputed University / College. 20 + years of Industry exposure. Specific experience in the BOPET Films Sales Market of America is essential +5 years of Global Leadership Experience Fluency in English Good track record of formulating and implementing marketing and sales strategies Strong leadership, customer management and budget management skills Strong strategic planning and analytical skills Highly detail oriented with ability to identify, prioritize and adjust to multiple need Good communication, presentation, networking and relationship building skills Strong Leadership Skills, able to create and achieve vision Performance and result oriented, able to stretch and work in pressure situations
