Job Description : Chief Executive Officer - FMCG Location: East Africa Age Group - 45-50 Years This opening is with a very reputed Snacks Manufacturing Company. This position reports to the Board of Directors. Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree + MBA or other advanced degree is preferred Experience: 15-20 years’ hands on experience in sales & Marketing of food & beverage. Experience in Snacks Industry, African markets, particularly Kenya, is highly preferred. The incumbent will be responsible for driving the company’s growth, spearheading new product development, overseeing raw material procurement, & leading the team across all departments from production to sales and marketing. The key responsibilities includes: Explore & develop strategies for expanding the company’s product line and market presence. Develop company’s strategic plan, focusing on growth and profitability and its effective execution all through.. Ensure new product launches are well thought and aligned with company goals and market trends. Should have Strong networking skills. Good organizational, communication, & leadership skills.
