As the Head of Information Technology, you will play a critical role in shaping our client's digital future. Your strategic leadership will drive the development and execution of an innovative IT strategy that aligns with business objectives. You will champion digital transformation initiatives, integrating AI-driven solutions to optimise manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency. Overseeing all aspects of IT operations, you will ensure robust service delivery while continuously enhancing productivity through advanced technologies. Your collaborative approach will enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, identifying key technology initiatives that support business goals. With your strong vendor management skills, you will ensure access to the latest tools and solutions while maintaining strict compliance with data privacy regulations. * Develop and execute the company’s IT strategy aligning with overall business objectives * Design and implement a technology roadmap focusing on AI and automation integration * Lead the organization’s digital transformation initiatives ensuring seamless integration of new technologies across all departments * Oversee all IT operations including infrastructure, ERP (SAP) systems, network management, and cybersecurity * Manage and mentor the IT department fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that align with business goals * Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners ensuring access to latest tools and solutions * Ensure compliance with data privacy, security regulations, and industry standards maintaining integrity and security of all IT systems As the Head of Information Technology, you bring a wealth of experience in leading digital transformation projects within a manufacturing environment. Your deep understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP), software development, data management, infrastructure security, network and system administration will be key to your success in this role. Your strong leadership skills, coupled with your ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, will enable you to build and manage high-performing teams. With your strategic thinking and business acumen, you will align technology initiatives * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field * Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects within a manufacturing environment with focus on AI and automation * In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP), software development, data management, infrastructure security, network and system administration * Strong leadership skills with track record of managing high-performing IT teams * Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to align technology initiatives with business goals * Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
