Job Description : COO MINING INDONESIA The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the existing investment portfolio, evaluating and acquiring new investment opportunities, and providing leadership for high-profile projects. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the existing investment portfolio while also identifying new investment opportunities. You will provide leadership for high-profile projects, ensuring that business strategy targets are met. Additionally, you will manage relationships with various stakeholders including government entities, partners, and vendors. Your ability to demonstrate true leadership abilities and work independently will be crucial to your success in this role. Develop and implement strategy in line with the Company’s strategic objectives Identify potential business investment opportunities to increase market penetration and improve profitability Provide leadership for high-profile projects to ensure achievement of business strategies targets Manage relationships with government, partners, vendors and other stakeholders Demonstrate true leadership abilities, lead teams as well as work independently The ideal candidate for this COO (Mining) position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. With a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field, you have spent at least 20 years honing your skills, including at least five years in senior management roles. Your track record as a successful COO within Indonesia speaks volumes about your capabilities. You have demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development, along with a clear understanding of the full value chain for complex resources projects.
