Job Description : SALES HEAD POWER PRODUCTS NIGERIA We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead the backup power systems division. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by overseeing the integration of backup power systems. ? Key role will include implementing inverters and battery systems, deploying solar power systems, managing uninterruptible power systems (UPS), and directing MPPT controllers. ? The selected candidate will be tasked with expanding the client’s network of channel partners and resellers throughout Nigeria, while also growing the customer base within the residential and commercial sectors through both B2C and B2B channels. ? Key responsibilities will encompass driving profitability, revenue growth, brand recognition, sales volume, and customer satisfaction. ? Additionally, the Head of Sales will oversee product management initiatives, including the development of a strategic roadmap to address market demands, fill product gaps, and achieve business objectives. ? Efficient inventory turnover and demand planning will also fall under their purview. ? Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering. ? The ideal candidate should have 15 to 18 years of relevant experience. ? Prior experience in Nigeria, Ghana, or elsewhere in Africa would be advantageous.
