SAP Project Manager

Job Description : SAP PROJECT MANAGER BOTSWANA 20+ years experience We are seeking a Project Manager with a solid track record in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The role involves overseeing a greenfield implementation for a major public sector entity in Botswana, encompassing the full project lifecycle from implementation, data migration, and customization to integration and training. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in financial processes and have the ability to lead teams, manage client relationships effectively, and oversee both remote and onsite resources. Project Management: Manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and closure. Team Leadership: Lead both remote and onsite teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely completion of project phases. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality and timeline standards. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a reliable point of contact. Stakeholder Communication: Lead meetings with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Reporting: Prepare and deliver project reports, maintaining transparency with all stakeholders. Proven Experience: Experience in leading SAP S/4HANA End-to-End implementations. Specialized Knowledge: Background in FICO or HCM, with preference for candidates holding an accounting or related degree. Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred Advanced Consulting : Excellent consulting skills, capable of managing client expectations. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in presenting and explaining complex processes to stakeholders of various levels. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the technical aspects of SAP S/4HANA and related enabling technologies. Leadership and Autonomy: Ability to lead tasks autonomously while contributing to team goals and sharing insights across the organization. Selected candidate will be required to live in Gaborone, Botswana for a minimum of 12 months, the duration of the project. Travel and leave arrangements shall be made for them to visit their family in India every 6 months. Salary of INR 55-60 lacs per annum.
