Job Description : Chief Executive Officer - Electronic Component Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and drive the strategic vision of our electronic component manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the manufacturing b2b sector - Managing entire P&L, specifically in vision , strategy , business development ,in production and supply of components to the multiple industry. This role requires a strong background in handling P&L responsibilities, navigating both defense and non-defense products, and managing a business with a turnover of Rs. 350 Crores or more( with very healthy bottomline) .strong presence in global markets across Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, and America. Sector is at inflection point and expected to grow at very fast pace - with applications- in new sunrise sectors. We are looking for a capable entrepreneur and an out-of-the-box thinker who can lead with innovation, drive growth, and steer the company into its next phase of growth and success.
