Job Description : GM FIJI 15+ years experience Develop and implement a long-term strategic vision for the company, capitalizing on the growing demand for renewable energy and water filtration solutions. Identify and qualify potential customers for residential and commercial Renewable Energy installations. Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer energy needs and goals. Position Renewable Energy solutions with clear explanations of benefits and cost savings. Analyze bid opportunities, including requests for proposals (RFPs), tenders, and competitive bidding processes. Provide technical support to the team, reducing costs (material, financial, labour), rational use of resources, compliance with technical conditions and requirements to technical norms as well as durability and reliability. Provide strong financial leadership and ensure the companys financial health. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Ad-hoc tasks as required. Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the energy, industrial solutions, or related industries. Strong understanding of renewable energy technology and water filtration systems Diploma/B. Tech/ Degree in Electrical engineering or similar Experience in developing and executing successful business strategies. Excellent financial acumen and business management skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
