We are now looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive digital transformation across the organization. Position Overview: As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s technology strategy, ensuring that our systems, processes, and infrastructure are aligned with our business objectives. You will work closely with the executive team to identify opportunities for technological innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and support the company’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology leadership within the manufacturing sector and a strong understanding of emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that supports the company’s business goals and drives innovation. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives across the organization, including the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, automation, and data analytics. Enhance manufacturing processes through technology to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and capable of supporting current and future needs. Implement best practices for cybersecurity, data management, and disaster recovery. Innovation & R&D: Drive research and development efforts to identify new technologies, tools, and systems that can enhance the company’s product offerings and manufacturing processes. Foster a culture of innovation within the technology team. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, ensuring they have the skills, resources, and support needed to achieve their objectives. Promote a collaborative and forward-thinking work environment. Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with the operations team to integrate technology solutions that optimize production, supply chain management, and quality control. Ensure technology initiatives align with operational goals. Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions. Budgeting & Financial Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring investments in technology provide a strong return on investment. Monitor and control technology expenditures. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all technology operations comply with relevant regulations and standards. Identify and mitigate technology-related risks to protect the company’s assets and reputation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred. 20+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in driving digital transformation and implementing Industry 4.0 technologies. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and automation technologies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a technology team. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing technology budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions.
