Job Description : Head of Production Location: Dubai The Head of Production is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, with a focus on driving sales in the hospitality sector, bulk production for high-end fashion designers, and the retail market. The Head of Production will ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained across all production lines, from custom uniforms for luxury hotels to bulk orders for elite fashion designers and in-store retail offerings. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development in Hospitality Sector: Lead initiatives to expand sales in the hospitality sector, focusing on high-end, custom-made uniforms for luxury hotels and resorts. Bulk Production Management: Oversee the bulk production of garments for high-end fashion designers, ensuring that designs are executed to exact specifications with uncompromising quality. Retail Production Oversight: Manage the production of suits and dresses for in-store retail, ensuring that products meet the brands standards for quality and fit. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes across all production lines, ensuring that every garment meets the highest standards. Profitability Management: Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that the unit operates profitably while maintaining product quality. Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement of raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness while maintaining material quality. Operational Efficiency: Streamline production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve turnaround times without compromising on quality. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on made-to-measure production, high-end fashion, or uniform production. Proven experience in managing large-scale garment production, with a strong emphasis on quality control and profitability. In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, from design to final delivery, with expertise in custom and bulk manufacturing.
