Operations Director

Job Description : Operations Director with a strong background in multi-brand consumer electronics retail outlets to join our MNC in Anjman, UAE. The ideal candidate should hold a Degree/MBA/BE/BTECH with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Gulf/Middle East/GCC region. They will be responsible for developing and setting up new outlets, retail stores, and multi-locations, focusing on retail operations, sales, growth strategy, P&L, profit planning, cost analysis, warehouse/inventory management, sales analysis, and procurement planning. The role requires expertise in sales, marketing, stakeholder management, team management, product management, benchmarking, forecasting, customer service, and retail & distribution, specifically in the electronics and consumer durable products sector. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a P&L role.
