Operations Manager

Job Description : Operations Manager to oversee multiple retail stores and outlets in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a Degree/MBA/PG with a minimum of 10-15 years of Gulf experience in retail stores, managing a minimum of 20 stores in Saudi Arabia. The role involves handling revenue, man management, retail sales, operations, facility and inventory management, cost analysis, profit planning, customer services, CRM, and managing customer complaints. Strong communication and computer skills are required. Hands-on experience in a Gulf country is a must.
