Job Description : CEMENT PROCESS HEAD EAST AFRICA one of the largest cement manufacturing company in the world. With multiple integrated and griding units across the country and operations all across the globe. Job Description Reporting to the chief technology officer you will be responsible for: Keeping track of key operating parameters of all cement plants units to find-out any major deviation and reasons for the same Planning and driving optimisation of production, thermal and electrical energy consumption at all units Conducting process Audits (heat and mass balance study) of kiln/Mills by measuring real time critical process parameters, relevant gas/ air flow measurements Evaluating Capex for replacement/ modification aimed at performance improvement of pyro-processing in terms of productivity/energy efficiency Holding technical discussions with various suppliers for finalization of concept/scheme, project scope, deliverables Identifying potential areas of improvements and work-out action plans to address the same. Validating baseline performance and performance guarantee test after Capex installation. 8. To monitor energy consumption of clinker manufacturing plants. Conceptualizing the modifications and develop design and drawings for fabrication, and implementation at site. Providing solutions to team members for issues unresolved in process measurement, verification of equipment conditions The Successful Applicant Ideally you have atleast 20 years of experience in the cement industry and have worked on process optimization, process engineering, process efficiency of multiple integrated and grinding units spread across different locations in the country. You are working for a cement company or a project consulting firm to the cement companies. You are a B. Tech in (Mechanical/Chemical) and good at stakeholder management.
