Regional Finance Manager

Job Description : REGIONAL FINANCE MANAGER APAC OUT OF SINGAPORE a market leader with integrated businesses in the industrial field. As part of their expansion in this region, they are looking for a high potential Finance Manager to join their Regional HQ here in Singapore. Reporting to the VP Finance, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance for the APAC headquarters. You will play a hands-on role supporting the growth plans of the organization and partner with the BU Heads of the respective businesses. You will oversee the enhancement and adherence of internal controls for the respective business units in each market and be involved in roll out of new systems and processes to enhance finance capabilities. You will work closely with their internal Shared Services Center based in Manila. You will also be the key liaison for interaction with external auditors and tax consultants. The ideal candidate should hold a Degree in Accountancy with the initial years gained in a Big 4 and the recent years in a leadership role with a large multinational. You should possess a strong track record in leadership and driving communication with senior stakeholders. You are a highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and in an unstructured environment. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence key internal and external stakeholders.
